Mike Downey posted about a new Air Adobe AIR desktop application ( Pownce) as a companion to the browser-based application.
What is it?
Pownce is a way to send messages, files, links, and events to your friends. You’ll create a network of the people you know and then you can share stuff with all of them, just a few of them, or even just one other person really fast.
Website + App
You can access all of your Pownce notes just on our website or you can download a small program for your computer.The software is available right now for Windows and Mac users and will available for Linux soon too. It takes advantage of a new technology from Adobe called AIR, which is super useful.
