Yes a little. Although when you speak about Silverlight, pls bear in mind that you can use it to deploy browser applications or desktop applications.

But the point that i really disagree is that they call to AIR applications as RIA, which from my point of view, is totally wrong.

These are just few points i think that they could avoid, but generally speaking i think that the article is nice.
